Our process starts with a completely free, no-obligation phone call where we’ll discuss your needs and vision.
If you like what you hear and sign up with us, we’ll create a mockup for you first, which is a picture to show you what your finished website might look like. The helps you save money by allowing you to have complete creative input at the beginning, and over something that is relatively easy to change.
Once you approve the mockup, it will go to our development team, who will work on it for 4-6 weeks before sending you your live site for review.
At this point, you will again have the opportunity to give input and make changes.
Once you’re happy, your old website will come down and the new one will go up on the domain you already own.
Not necessarily. If you own the text and images from your old website, we can incorporate those into the new design. If another service owns it, we will replace anything you can’t bring with you.
Mockups usually take 1-2 weeks and full websites range from 4-6 for a normal website to 8-10 for complex or e-commerce sites.
Of course, this depends on receiving timely feedback as well. Feel free to take your time reviewing drafts – but be aware that this can alter the timeline somewhat.

This is the best way for us to guarantee your site will function properly. We also try not to perform major changes on a live site.
